I just love it when I sit in on some mlm companies internet seminars, and they have one of their top leaders that has broken all the sales records, teaching the session. It’s almost like many of these networking opportunies are all related like their humans, and they share the same genetic pool.

I realize that sounds goofy, but you’ve heard before about the apple not falling to far. These networkers all start to blend together, and maybe it’s cause I’m looking at so many seminars sometimes. If you listen in you can maybe pickup a new idea you have never had before, knowledge is a good thing in this industry.

So anyway, here I am sitting in on a seminar, and the speaker comes on and starts telling this group of possible new affiliates and new reps, that are participating over the internet. That what made him so successful was he practiced gratitude, he had learned how to be grateful. And that if you don’t take 2 or 3 ten minute sessions each day and be grateful, you will not succeed at anything. I’m thinking, what the universe won’t like me?

I’m sure you’ve had that creepy feeling were your thinking this is weird? Well, this sponsor rattled on about this for a little over twelve minutes. I did, I timed him. Then he finally went on with some lame method, I knew for a fact cause I tried them a long time ago, and forget it. Those new reps will be watching and waiting, and that’s about it. I was very grateful I knew that already!

Possible new affiliates and the new reps, sat through an extra long philosophical speach he thought was neccesary. The new reps will be off trying their sponsoring skills on what was recommended. Then wait anxiously to the next training session to learn more with their new found guru.

All these new comers and affiliates, I’m sure did not come to a training session to have their time wasted on learning how to practice a way to think positive, when their is much more proffesional material out there. But yet some mlm leaders think they have some gifted right to impose there personal views, and then wonder why sponsoring levels are down.

There’s always competition out there working as diligently as the next mlm company. Without demand their wouldn’t be a demand for what your are doing, so I’m sure your company has a great product and the comp plan outstanding. So let’s just put it this way, a Sunday school lesson is not going to help you sponsor more effectively. A tried and true marketing system that really helps you make money will, and that’s why you went into a home business, I’m sure.

So I log to this seminar as a guest, and the guy doing this half of the hours session is telling everyone that the reason he’s successful at sponsoring is because, he let’s the universe know how grateful he is everyday, and more flows to him. I was diggin this guy, were on to something her.

I was starting to feel a little creepy, you see I clocked him at over 10 minutes, closer to 13, before he changed subject. Then he went on to a weak over used marketing method to use on the web. He’s not even close to helping any newbie get off to a solid start. I was grateful to have lived and learned, and new better!

So new prospects and new reps sat through his personal beliefs, but now they are off and running to put his marketing wisdom to work, until they return again. I have run the gamet and had little success with all the archived marketing methods in my own personal online back office. If your doing this now, most of those tools are a waste of money.
